Latest Enhancements to Unphish
We’ve rolled out several new enhancements across the Unphish platform to help streamline case management, improve safety, and give teams more control over how threats are handled. Here’s what’s new:
New Threat Feed Case Buttons
Watch
Add suspicious domains directly to your watchlist. This is ideal when a domain has been registered but is not yet hosting infringing content. Unphish will automatically monitor DNS and WHOIS changes, and if the domain goes live and becomes harmful, you’ll receive a notification. If you need additional watchlist quota, please speak with your Account Manager.
Whitelist
If one of your owned domains or social handles is incorrectly flagged, you can now add it to your whitelist directly from the Threat Feed.
Progress
Move cases into the Enforcement Centre when you’re ready to request takedown action.
Dismiss
If a flagged threat is not relevant, you can dismiss it. A new Dismissals tab keeps your dismissed cases in one place, and you can reinstate any item at any time.
New User Settings Page
You can now tailor your experience with:
• Safe Links: When turned on, Unphish will prompt you before opening high-risk URLs, reducing exposure to harmful content and removing the need for defanged links.
• Dark Mode: A new alternate theme for users who prefer a lower-glare interface.
General Portal Improvements
• Case Tags for grouping, tracking, and identifying campaigns or common trends
• User Assignment so cases can be assigned to you or team members for clearer ownership
• Grid View for a clean, shareable snapshot of threats or active cases – perfect for reporting or presentations
